Mepreze（エソメプラゾール）は、頻繁な胸焼けや胃酸逆流の症状に悩むお客様に持続的な緩和をもたらします。Meprezeは、胃食道逆流症（GORD）による頻繁な胸焼けや胃酸の不快感の緩和に使用されます。Meprezeは胃で作られる酸の量を減らす働きがあり、1日1回の服用で症状を緩和する利便性を提供します。Meprezeは数時間で効果が現れ始めますが、最大限の効果を得るまでには数日かかる場合があります。薬剤師や医師から別の指示がない限り、Mepreze 20mg錠を毎日1回、コップ1杯の水と一緒に服用してください。毎日同じ時間帯に服用することをお勧めします。また、錠剤を砕いたり噛んだりすると正しく効果を発揮しないため、避けてください。飲み忘れた場合は、気づいた時点で1回分を服用し、その後は通常通り毎日服用してください。飲み忘れた分を補うために2回分を一度に服用しないでください。どうすべきか不明な場合は、薬剤師や医師にご相談ください。Meprezeは食事と一緒でも空腹時でも服用でき、週に2回以上、頻繁に胸焼けを経験する18歳以上の成人を対象としています。アレルギーをお持ちの方、または他の薬を服用中の方は、Meprezeを服用する前に「消費者向け医薬品情報（Consumer Medicine Information）」（薬剤師から入手可能）を読むか、薬剤師や医師にご確認ください。妊娠中または授乳中の方へのMeprezeの服用は推奨されません。必ずラベルを読み、使用方法に従ってください。症状が続く場合は、医療専門家にご相談ください。注意事項、禁忌、副作用に関する詳細情報については、薬剤師にご相談いただくか、CMI（消費者向け医薬品情報）をお求めください。

Symptomatic relief of frequent heartburn (two or more times a week) or acid reflux due to gastro-oesophageal reflux (GORD)

AGE: Adults 18 years of age and over. DOSAGE: Swallow 1 tablet whole with water, with or without food. The tablet should be taken once daily at the same time each day. Do not crush or chew tablet. DURATION: Take 1 tablet daily for at least 7 days and up to 14 days. Not intended for immediate relief. It may take several days to achieve maximum results. Stop taking after 14 days except on medical advice. Store below 25°C Do not use if any of the blister seals are damaged or broken.

Esomeprazole

CAUTION- This medicine is for the relief of minor and temporary ailments and should be used strictly as directed. Do not use: • in children and adolescents under 18 years of age • if you are allergic to esomeprazole, omeprazole, rabeprazole, lansoprazole or pantoprazole • if you are taking atazanavir or cilostazol • if you are breastfeeding or intend to breastfeed • if the expiry date printed on the pack has passed Ask your pharmacist or doctor before use if you: • are pregnant or may become pregnant • have or ever had serious liver disease • are taking other medicines regularly While using this product, see your doctor if: • you feel unwell while taking this medicine • your symptoms persist or recur within two weeks of completing the course Keep to the recommended dose. If an overdose is taken or suspected, ring the Poisons Information Centre (Australia 131 126) or go to your nearest hospital.
