Direction for use. - Read pack insert before use. - Use in Adolescents under professional supervision only. - Adults 18 years and over who smoke 20 or more cigarettes per day. Use for 1. Stopping Immediately. How many pieces of gums do I use? Week 1 to 12: 1 piece when you have an urge to smoke or every 1-2 hours. Do not use more than 10 pieces/day. After 12 weeks: Gradually reduce to 1-2 pieces/day and then stop use. 2. Cutting down. Gradually increase gum use (maximum 10 pieces/day) and reduce smoking with the aim of stopping by 6 months. If you have not cut down at 6 weeks or stopped at 9 months, see your doctor/pharmacist. Chew-Park-Chew: 1. Chew gum slowly until taste is strong or you feel a slight tingling sensation. 2. Rest gum between cheek or gums. 3. Chew again when taste has faded. Repeat until there is no more tingling.

Nicotine 4mg (as Polacrilex) Contains: Sucralose, 13mg Sodium per gum and 5.8g Xylitol per recommended daily dose. Products containing xylitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.

Do not use if you are: - If you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. - If you are under 12 years of age. Do not use unless a doctor has told you to if you had a stroke or you have heart or circulation problems.

Excellent results

In my experience , is the best purchase in decades. It is important to read the paper and be mentally ready before to start using it. At the begining it was hard, because you can't smoke and use the chewing gums, and then it is a good "handrail " for your cravings. Has been only a month. But I am happy to say that I think this was the last time that I quit smoking.

Great product could be improved abit

I'm very happy with Nicorette 4 mg. The basic should be removed. Would be good if you could get another flavour. I've noticed the 4 mg arnt as strong anymore??? The packaging is very hard to open as well! It would be great to sell bigger packs n the price is abit steep!!!! . If you need anyone to be a taster for future products please contact me as I buy your product weekly. Kind regards
