Transdermal celebration

Patches have been the easiest set and forget NRT I've tried. Writing a review to suggest a high contrast colour version (preferably blue) for hospitality workers and other industries that require medical aid to be high contrast. Have had one fall off during work (not into peoples food) so now have to take extra precautions because that was a terrifying experience.

They don't stick for long at all. Definitely agree with a lot of the other reviews

Highly recommend

Highly recommend been on the o patches for 8 weeks now and have not had a smoke. Problem.is the cravings they are still there but slowly disappear
