Brilliant addition to the kitchen. Recipes are fail safe, easy to use

makes delicious ice cream and frozen yoghurt. I haven't tried anything else yet, but I will once the weather warms up.

I bought two about two years ago, one for myself and the other for my son and his partner. They both get a lot of use and have not had any problems with them al all.

Disappointed. Was really looking forward to easy homemade ice cream. But it’s not easy, and ice cream is like ice cream that has been in a freezer that had the door left open, and was then re-frozen. Full of ice shards. We now don’t even use it.

Its an exceptional product where products met my all expectations. I can now make icecream with low sugar or using artificial sugar which is very difficult to find in supermarkets. Frozen yogurt was very creamy and good.

the product is amazing but unfortunately i’ve had some bad luck as i’ve had 2 faulty products and am now on my third ninja creamie. both faulty products started having issue less than a month into owning them. the first one the gears grinded away and the second one the blade wouldn’t latch onto the machine and would just drop. other than this the product is amazing when it’s working

I brought this deluxe ice cream maker for my birthday, and some spare tubs for keeping the different types separate. I have found that I have saved more on Ice Cream and Slushies than the machine has cost me in just 3 months, and it will be a profitable investment before Summer with the ingredients paying for themselves after Spring is done. I got this mainly because my wife loves Ice Cream, and I love having Ice Creams that are healthier than store brought. I get to make deluxe sorbets such as fresh pineapple, or coconut cream and ripe bananas, even trying decadent saffron and apricot sorbet is cheap. Rum and raisins is really easy, and very easy to make strong enough to be chilled all night !

Biggest waste of money - I bought this in November last year with high hopes and think I've used it three times. Some of the instructions are confusing and the time for such a small amount - it's useless for a family. I finally took it off the bench and have pushed it to the back of the cupboard. It was a very expensive dust collector.

Great product. The people who left 1 or 2 stars clearly do not know what they are doing, or do not lift any weights. For lite ice cream, you have to full spin TWICE on light ice cream. This has made my sweet tooth cravings feel better, as I routinely make Oreo ice cream. It's so easy and the mix in function is amazing. Make sure to mix in after you spin twice.

Glorified blender sadly. Other options would be better

Love this machine, but it is noisey. I recommend getting the deluxe, as there is more options. Also highly recommend doing recipe searches online, there is Facebook groups too to join. The frozen yoghurts desserts work a treat, but suggest doing it on a soft ice cream setting.

I wanted to love the Ninja CREAMi Deluxe, especially with all the social media buzz around it. Unfortunately, it's been more of a headache than a treat. Firstly, making anything beyond basic ice cream is a mission. Slushies, in particular, are extremely difficult to get right. Despite following instructions to the letter, the texture is never quite right. Finding the recommended syrups or mix-ins is another ordeal. Many recipes require ingredients that aren't easy to source in New Zealand. It feels more like a science experiment than a fun dessert maker. The noise level is shockingly loud. It's like running a blender filled with gravel—startling and not something you can quietly use in the evening without waking up the whole house. And don't get me started on the leaks. Liquid has seeped out during spins on more than one occasion, leaving a mess to clean up after what was supposed to be a "fun treat moment." Because of all of this, I've hardly used it. It's expensive and bulky and mostly sits unused on the bench. Regarding the price and promise, it hasn't been delivered. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're a patient kitchen gadget hobbyist with access to every specialty syrup under the sun and don't mind ear-splitting noise for underwhelming results.

I bought this 3 weeks ago if I knew what I know now I wouldn't have bought it I was under the impression it actually made the icecream I feel like I wasted my money

Help please - I bought a Ninja Creami Deluxe and after less than 10 uses and a month in I turned it on and 2min into the cycle it made the loudest noise and started smoking. Part of the blade literally melted into my ice cream and the house smelled like smoke. I can't use it at all and had to throw out the mix!

I've had this now for over 4 weeks and the others giving bad reviews must just be the unlucky ones to get the lemon in the bunch, this thing is now making ice cream better than the store bought ones, if your looking at this as a way to save money on ice cream maybe just stick to buying ice cream, but if your looking for just another thing to put your protein in then look no further, only took me 3 tubs to perfect the style we were looking for and wow, sooooo creamy and sooooo high in protein, absolutely loving it, and it makes slushies to boot as well, we ended up buying the ninja nutra blender as well to make the ice cream mixes, its like they made all these things to work hand in hand, a full blender is perfect size to fill an ice cream tub and everything is so easy to clean.

Waste of money mine goes crumbling and never into iceream

Never disappoints. Can make lactose free icecream and enjoy different flavours at a fraction of the cost. Frozen yogurt too .

Amazing product, made coke slushies and it worked also it’s loud but also has a fan to cool it down, I recommend this product for everyone who loves ice-cream and frozen drinks

I bought the ninja creami deluxe, enjoyed the product until the mixer lid has broken... and I am unable to purchase another one for the deluxe machine? Please see help..

You want an honest opinion... Crap. Brakes very easily! Expensive to use and run. Have to blend all the time, and it doesn't mix correctly; you get ice chunks on the side. Owned one for a period of four weeks before it broke and shredded the metal blender blade, which led to metal shavings in the ice cream. Extremely dangerous, especially if feeding it to kids. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I love this. Sure it’s loud, for 2 to 4 minutes, but not crazy loud. Easy to use, easy to clean & you will need more tubs. My advice - Watch a bunch of videos before you turn it on. Be prepared to fill your freezer 😁

recently I bought one online. my new house mate did not know my name and said no one like that lives here. The postman sent it back to JB. The staff there told me no problem we'll send it back to you when it arrives. I got it the week after. JB hifi Cranbourne staff are awesome.

You’ll probably not see this review because it is in the middle, not terrible but not amazing. The reason I give the 4 stars is that I was hoping for this amazing, no fail, shop bought ice cream but it does take a lot more figuring out than I expected. The ice cream is good once you get going but it isn’t exactly like shop bought. I like that the paddle thing isn’t sharp and the ‘wet’ parts are dishwasher proof. Sometimes I get an error if I’ve not set it up right or pressed the wrong button which is annoying as the machine needs to be turned off at the power point. And the worst part… it is EXPENSIVE for a novelty thing. I can see it might be good for icy summer treats and maybe I’ll get better at recipes but for now, it’s just ok. Glad I bought the deluxe due to the additional features and better quality parts (according to other reviews) but don’t know if I will get my money’s worth.

It is a great machine does everything it says it can do best appliance I have brought.
