Excellent natural product that actually works

Have been taking for many years and as a result my collestrol levels stay very low . Excellent results

Excessive B1

Lol, purchased online, I missed the quantity of B1 which is 300mg. RDI is less than 2. I already have B6 toxicity from the 16.6 mg in a magnesium supplement. There is no known upper limit for B1 because the research hasn't been done. Excess is eliminated via urine possibly over working the kidneys. This purchase has been binned.
