Looks like great quality, is NOT. I’ve been through two of these blenders and both have broken in the same areas, the plastic underneath splits and cracks when you try to make a smoothie that involves frozen fruit (a normal smoothie). The box is labeled as durable, to blend the toughest ingredients and dishwasher safe. It’s definitely not made for tough ingredients and unless you want water in areas it’s annoying to get out of, it’s not dishwasher safe either. I’ll be going back into store for a refund this time and will try find a blender than can actually blend ingredients.
