"Use on clean, dry skin. Tear open plastic packet, remove protective film from patch. Patch will activate in 60 seconds and remain warm for up to 8 hours. Apply patch to the affected area, adhesive side onto the skin. To remove, slowly peel off the patch. For delicate or ageing skin, apply adhesive side of patch to clothing. On ?exible joints use dressing tape to hold the patch in place. Do not bandage over the patch. SINGLE USE ONLY This product is air activated - only open when ready to use. Do not attempt to reheat in oven or microwave. Do not cut, massage, fold or wet the patch. Do not use if patch is damaged or torn."

CAUTION Do not apply the patch to your face or on broken skin, bruises, or swelling. Avoid using the patch if it's cut, damaged, or torn. Do not massage, fold, or wet the patch. Do not attempt to reheat the patch in an oven or microwave. Avoid using the patch on the same area for more than 8 hours within a 24-hour period. Do not use the patch while sleeping or with prolonged pressure against it. Keep the patch away from infants, children, or individuals who cannot remove it on their own. Do not bandage over the patch.
