tedious and barely works

The lack of directions on the box is ridiculous, the strips were very tedious to remove from the die-cut plastic sheet, and after a full course my teeth were maybe half a shade lighter (which honestly I could be imagining). Not worth it.

Can't Tell

Honestly it's probably made a slight difference, but I can't tell. I think I'll need to try another box.
