As a girl with a heavy flow ultra thin not best for me but it worked wonders towards end of my period where the flow started to lessen but not enough to use a liner. The pad moved with me in my sleep and didn’t get stuck to itself or scrunch up together. The wings really helped hold it in place.

U by Kotex Ultrathin pads are best choice for longer protection. It is easy to wear and the felt like you are not having any extra padding down there, also its leak proof if change timely. I would recommend it to the women have heavier flow.

it’s a massive pad, with great absorbency it can last me all night without having to worry about it leaking, it’s also big enough that when you shift in your sleep at night it won’t move around like others do. it’s amazing
