I have been buying viva for years but the last few months the product is thinner, harder, hard to rip sheets off and very inferior compared to previous. I have even had rolls with not ribbed pattern. I intend to try others now as viva is no longer any good

I have been buying Viva towel for years and bought a new packet this week and it is now too short to fit into my paper towel holder and is falling out.

This was such a great product love the “select your size”. Why did you make them 2.5cm shorter now the don’t fit my dispenser fitted in the cupboard

Have bought these for years but no more since the went from square to rectangle and now when you look at them they're so thin that they're full of holes. Handee from now on unless they go back to their prior high quality

I opened my pack and it is only have patterned and the other half is as smooth as paper

Cheapskate company has reduced the width of the roll and now is too small for my dispenser. Won’t be buying again

So disappointing you have changed the size of the roll as it no longer fits on my wall mounted holder. I will now buy a brand that does fit

Noticed that the recently bought Viva paper kitchen towels are shorter in width as it falls out of the paper holder in my kitchen. Like chocolates shrinking in weight, Viva is shrinking in size while maintaining its prices. Very disappointing.

I have been using this product for years. But the last few times I have purchased them they have been different. They don't tear on the perforation and constantly rip. Just wanted to know why.

Will be looking for another brand going forward, reducingthe width by 20mm mean none of my dispensers work with the new rolls. So not onlt am I getting less product for my money I have to spend more on holders, so annoying.
