This sauté pan is my favourite and I use it most often. It cooks beautifully and cleans up to a sparkling shine. I cook in it and then often take it to the table where it looks just as good. It’s the best cookware I’ve ever bought. The pan heats evenly and there’s no sticking, making it perfect for quick and easy cooking. I also love how snug the lid fits.
