We found this pretty relaxing and tingling mouth sensation, definitely helped with sleep but the flavour was definitely not that enjoyable. My other half said it was similar to what he had overseas but not exactly the same.

This is life changing for my sleep.. it helps and prepare for you to have a good sleep.. I felt relaxed after taking this… it’s a routine now with me and my husband to take this before bed.. I think we have to buy this again…

Haven’t heard of this before however it looks interesting and the taste of it just needed to get to used it. My partner’s liked it. Thank you influenster for letting me try it. It reminds me of my home country.

Calming little ritual. Preparation feels very traditional.mixing,straining and slowing down for mindfulness. Flavour is earthy and traditional a perfect authethetic kava experience. It has become my go to for unwinding after biay day. Packaging is traditional and yoy making your own bags is fun.

Helped me sleep but I didnt personally like the flavour. Preparing it was simple. The bags made it easy to make with minimal mess. Helped me get to bed a bit earlier than usual

The product is good and tastes as it should. I personally dont enjoy to root taste but my husband enjoyed it and he said he felt relaxed after having it. It is easy to use and prepare and i like that you can control how much you use.

I liked this kava powder. It mixed well and had a smooth consistency. The Teast is earthy but okay. It helps me feel relaxed and calm in the evening.

I have heard about Kava Root Powder but haven’t tried it. It has a very earthy flavour. A little goes a long way as its very strong and can get spicy.

I was unsure of what to expect as I hadn't had kava before. I can feel the slight numbing feeling on the tongue. The taste is consistent, subtle and earthy and quite calming and easy to drink . I can see how a cuppa a night can be part of a nightly wind down routine
