after using it for a while the left controller wont charge sometimes

So I purchased this a couple of days ago, I actually haven’t received it yet.. so why the low rating your probably wondering. Well turns out I’m unable to use any of the meta quest straps for the controllers, branded aswell third party, with this charge dock. Because the cover for the recharge batteries that come with the dock have pins in them and any straps or covers you get for the controllers do not cater for these pins you’re unable to use ANY covers/straps for the controllers with this dock. Some third party charge docks have specific grips/straps that are sold separately that do cater for their brand of charge docks but this one does not. It’s pretty annoying really, it’s also pretty disappointing in JB HiFi’s part as they sell the meta banded quest 3 straps and they decide to sell this as the quests charger. There’s some pretty decent reviews on this dock don’t get me wrong, but the reason I’ve mentioned alone could honestly be a game changer for some people.
