Constipation

Have noticed a bit more energy with these but unfortunately I will have to stop taking them as they constipate me like crazy and I will not go to the toilet for weeks unless I take laxatives due to taking this supplement.

I started with elevit but was experiencing too much nausea and illness. I switched to blackmores and was feeling way better! Less constipation and less nausea and side effect.its really an amazing product! I always recommend it to my friends!
