I had nothing but trouble with them They keep disconnecting and then won’t charge so I have to hard reset them Went and brought a normal head set DO NOT BUY THEM you will regret buying them !!

So much better with updates since launch. Now it works flawlessly. I can switch between different dongles from my PC to my PS5 within 1 second. I had to login and review because the score it shows is too low. It's a flawless experience now and it continues to get hardware updates

They were great to start with but just hit the year mark and now they’re disconnecting randomly and starting to sound like crap going back to my old headphones much more reliable especially for the money you pay for these.

Do yourself a favour and buy a different pair of earbuds. I returned these because they disconnect consistently while playing, leading you to need to unplug the dongle and plug it in again. Second, they're not even very comfortable. After about 30 mins of use, you need to take them out and give your ears some breathing space, and put them back in.

Sound is not as good as the price. Much better sound with AirPods 4 but cheaper price

Pretty nice earbuds when they work. My set unfortunately had the disconnection issues that these are notorious for, and can only be fixed after restarting my ps5. It happens almost every session and is completely a deal-breaker for how much you pay.

These earbuds sound fantastic and the ability to pair them with your console and another Bluetooth device is fantastic, something I’ve been looking for in other headsets now. The switching from the PS5 and the PlayStation Portal is near seamless and really great. There is no noticeable latency with the audio either. However the fit, bulkiness and controls on them are a letdown. The fit is personal, I’ll just need to spend some extra time and dollars finding decent tips, but the bulkiness definitely adds to it. I find myself pushing them back into my ears every 20 seconds or so no matter the tips I use that came with them. Also the controls are alright, but the same on each earbud, would have been nice to have different functionality on each earbud. Also the lack of ANC these days is a major letdown. I think if you have a ps portal grab these for sure. But if you need something for your main console at your TV, there are better options out there.

product is good! But I wouldn't buy it again. The problem with this phone is if the battery runs out you are left with nothing! it doesn't have headset options , connect the phone to the control or charge it whenever you use it. Several times in multiplayer games I had to go without communication because the headphone battery ran out, or I had to use just one side so that when the battery ran out I would have the other charged, and this ruins the experience and immersion in the game. . I definitely wouldn't buy it! my tip is buy the pulse elite without fear! This one is not worth the value for the little benefit it has!

I absolutely adore these earbuds, from someone who has trouble with bulky headset this does the same job and is completely non invasive, playing the new avatar there was sound coming from everywhere and also playing Fortnite it just immerses you. I’m glad I purchased this product and as a gamer and streamer it is so easy and convenient to use.

These earplugs are the best item I've bought in a few years. They are so good that I now use them for 100% of my gaming time. Like all of it. The sound for gaming is unmatched. The microphone is good too and people can't hear you eating chips or pressing buttons. It cancels out all your sound besides your voice. You can also hook them up to your phone at the same time and take calls or listen to music or whatever. The only, and I mean only downside, is if you listen to music on PC for example, they don't have any mega-bass on them. Who cares though. They're for gaming and you can't go wrong. I love them

I find both the sound quality very good. It may be a little expensive for some.

Nice wireless earphones that do a great job, makes a change to the overears especially on a hot day.
