TRESemme Purple Shampoo

I’ve been using TRESemmé Purple Toning Shampoo for quite some time now, and it’s become a staple in our bathroom. My husband has naturally blonde-grey hair, and I have salt-and-pepper hair that I’m embracing rather than colouring. This shampoo does a fantastic job of reducing brassy and yellow tones while enhancing the cooler silver and grey shades, leaving our hair looking brighter and fresher. I only need to use it once a week, which is enough to keep my hair looking its best without over-toning. I love the pleasant scent, the rich lather and the creamy texture, and it leaves my hair feeling soft, clean and healthy rather than dry, which can sometimes happen with purple shampoos. My only piece of advice is not to leave it on for too long unless you’re intentionally trying to achieve a slightly purple or lavender tint, as the purple pigment is quite effective. Overall, it’s a fantastic toning shampoo that delivers great results and is excellent value for money.

Great Toning shampoo

I gave TRESemmé Purple Toning Shampoo a go. It's got that deep purple thing going on, which I guess is the pigment, and they say it's got coconut oil too. Basically, you're supposed to use it to get rid of those yellowy, brassy bits that can show up for me after I have been to the hairdresser. I just wet my hair, lathered it up like any shampoo, and then rinsed it all out. It seemed to do the trick, and my hair felt pretty soft, probably from the oil. It also has a really nice scent that you can even smell the next day. Love this shampoo.
