This variety of Rafferty’s Garden Food Pouch is not to my child's liking. I tried this flavour twice with him and he did not like it either time. He does enjoy the other flavours and varieties. It seems like such a fantastic product with no preservatives, no colours, no artificial flavours, no added salt or sugar and no added juices but maybe something needs to be changed? Perhaps more pumpkin and pasta bake and a little less spinach would improve the flavour option? It is great that prebiotics are being added too that was another reason why I bought the product.

My little man absolutely loves pumpkin, so I thought I’d try this pouch as a quick easy option for him on the rough days (you know, the ones where you’ve had little sleep and bubs clings on like a barnacle so nothing can get done). Anyway, I heated it up in a separate bowl and attempted to spoon feed him some, but straight away it was obvious he wasn’t a fan, spitting it out immediately. I thought it can’t be that bad, he’s a kid who will usually eat most foods, but definitely loves fresh fruits and veges full of flavour. I tried it an it was so bland and tasteless, it was no surprise why he wasn’t a fan. So while these can and should be super convenient, the taste of this particular flavour is really lacking sadly.
