Peel open the packet at the arrows in the right hand corner.If you are going to take them on a run or during a ride we recommend that you pre peel the strips and fold over.
Take out the strip.
Pop it flat on your tongue and let it dissolve.
You're good to go! If you feel you need more, then you can take additional strips.

good energy weird aftertaste

this product does give a good energy release but I wouldn't recommend if you don't have something to rinse your mouth with after using it. Overall its pretty good though, it does what it says it does.
