Gently place side protected by the backing on the affected area. Prior to breastfeeding, remove disc and place on a clean surface. Gently wash nipples with water and pat dry start breastfeeding and reapply the discs after the session.

Amazing and cooling.

First time breast feeding mum and these feel so nice stored in the fridge and used after breastfeeding.

String chemical smell

Had another brand of hydrogels gifted to me so purchased these when I ran out. These have a VERY strong chemical smell. I put one in and could smell it through my bra. Wouldn’t recommend.

I have used these before so I knew how amazing they were - relieved to have found more to use for this time around. I like to put them in the freezer!
