ゼンハイザー MOMENTUM True Wireless 4（ホワイトシルバー）

Lasted about 6 months until audio issues and firmware install crashing. Couldn't be exchanged so had to be sent away for refurbishment which takes weeks.

Thought I would give these a try when they dropped to $299, although still a little expensive for my budget. Fit - Very good, with the wing tips they stay very secure. Sound - Excellent. ANC and Ambient sound customization - Excellent. Touch controls - Too sensitive, they tend to active as you put the buds in your ears. Quality control - Not so good. The left ear bud intermittently would make a high pitched squeal sound as you put it into the ear, some king of feedback loop issue with the mics and ANC. I returned them for different brand.

The best headphones I've ever experienced. A bit pricey. But worth it

Not great, the sound is average at best. They constantly either stayed connected to my phone when they were in the case or just randomly connect and start playing music. I got 12 months and 12 days out of them until one failed and made it not eligible for warranty

If sound quality, connectivity and extremely effective active noise cancelling is important to you, these earbuds are really incredibly good. There has been some seriously extreme R&D in the Sennheiser labs and this extends through to the app, which is simply flawless, super smooth with zero lag. The app allows you to customise the sound to exactly the way you like to hear your music. The detail in the sound stage is just perfect. The controls on both earbuds cleverly designed and completely customisable and virtually eliminate false commands. when using the earbuds to make a call, I’ve had no problems being heard. So easy to use and they produce a sound quality second to none. i’ve recently tried two other pairs of earbuds from another brand, and after unfortunately having issues primarily with connectivity had to return them both. JB hi-fi exchanged these without question and their customer service is exactly that great customer service.

It’s much better than AirPod Pro 2. Must try to believe it.

I have owned 3 pairs of these. The positives being the sound quality, they are incredibly good. Strong bass and amazing clarity, you will hear sounds in music you haven't noticed before, these have set the benchmark for sound. The negatives being they don't last long. I have had two pairs replaced under warranty, My third set has once again stopped working. In all cases it's one side just completely stops working, out of no where. You'll probably get a year out of them before they need to be replaced, if you want them to last longer than the 2 year warranty, perhaps get an extended warranty.

I get fantastic sound wherever I go with these earphones – whether I'm on a train, a bus, or simply walking around. The transparent hearing feature is brilliant for safety when I'm on the move, and it's comforting to know I can make an emergency call with just a touch if needed. Yet, the sound quality remains incredibly natural and never causes listening fatigue, even after hours of use. Having been a loyal Sennheiser user for ages, I'm genuinely overjoyed to have discovered such an incredible pair of earphones. Thank you so much!

Great crisp sound with good noise cancelling ability

I’ve always thought of Sennheiser as a premium quality audio brand. This week the pair of in-ear earbuds I’ve been using for at least a few years, from a brand I have repeatedly stuck with (Jabra) finally reached the end of their usability. I’ve probably used them on average for 5 hours a day, nearly every day for around 3 years, including for lots of sweaty exercise, in the sauna, spa, and dropped them more times than I can count, so I was happy enough to upgrade, and was halfway through grocery shopping and riding my bike, so needed a new pair ASAP. For whatever reason JB Hi-Fi no longer seems to stock Jabra products so I had to try a different brand. On a whim, and without doing any proper research, I bought the Momentum True Wireless 4 earbuds as they were in discounted from what I considered to be “pricey” so assumed they’d have good longevity, sound quality and design to last at least a few years. The sound quality, connectivity and in-ear fit seem to all be great, and they do have a premium feel, but compared to the much cheaper old Jabra products I’ve been using for many years the Momentum TW4 are really let down by the noise cancellation (I can still hear everything, even with transparency mode turned off) and especially the wind noise/disruption when cycling. It wasn’t even that windy and I was shocked by how terribly the ANC was doing, almost unlistenable compared to what I’ve grown accustomed to. I think it might be a combination of their somewhat bulky design, ineffective ANC and all of those microphones letting the air in… really disappointed and stuck with them now, as I can’t return them but wouldn’t have been able to test for this! So, cyclists beware, hopefully this saves you from my mistake and you choose something else.

Best pair of true wireless buds with ANC from sennheiser so far. Stability has improved over the years. If you want great audio quality with ANC this is the pair for you

The call quality is just horrendous. There are no options to fix this in the app or the phone. Do not buy. Nobody can hear anything on the calls. Music is great tho.

THEY MADE PRODUCT WITH CHEAP QUALITY NOW, I PURCHAES THIS FROM JB HIFI OVER 1 YEAR AND BROKEN 1 EARPHONE, I'M USING IT WITH CARE NAD PROTECT, AFTER THAT JB HIFI REPLACED NEW ONE FOR ME BUT FEW LATER SAME PROBLEM AGAIN, NEVER BOUGHT SENNHEISER ANYMORE, NO WORTH MONEY !!!

Best earbuds I’ve ever had, great active noise cancellation, clarity and bass!

I bought these to replace AirPods and am really disappointed. The sound quality is similar to AirPods, except I can hear my self chewing lunch, can hear every sip of coffee, no matter the settings. Text messages don’t get announced. They keep playing when you remove from your ears. For the money better off with air pods.

I bought the product a week ago and it really achieved my expentacies. I must try when doing long flights to check the noise reduction feature.

I bought this a month ago and I'm extremely dissatisfied with my purchase, the quality of the case is not up to par. And the right bud has stopped working the volume is extremely low on that one. I'd like a refund on my purchase.

I have been using these ear buds during my daily walks and for me they perform superbly. I would recommend them to anyone who really appreciates excellent sound quality. They fit my ears very well and are very comfortable.

**Disclaimer, I used to love Sennheiser TW earphones. I bought a pair back in 2020 (TW2) and used them without fault for 4 years until they carked it. I was happy with the longevity of the TW2, hence why I opted for the True Wireless 4 version. Since buying I have had 2 pairs of headphones fail on me. The left earbud seems to have some loose wiring and as a result the earphone crackles, does not play any music, yet the noise cancelling still works. Given this is the second pair, I will be getting a refund today for this latest pair and move on to a different brand. Disappointed.

Just purchased. The app did not work, then it did. Now back to the spinning blue rings, and that’s it. I cannot change any settings. Using with new Apple hardware. Same issues on iPhone 15 and iPad Pro. The “seal” on the buds is poor. The volume is lower than other Sennheiser wireless I own, huge dissaspointemnt as I can still hear sounds around me with the ANC active. So far the Sony noise cancelling is better! My 8 year old Sennheisers sound just as good if not better, and cost 1/4 of the price. The Sony equivalent I own (1000XM4) possibly better, and even Sony software, as bad as that is.. and issues with their hardware, they still worked, and the Sony has features that I do not see with Sennheiser. If and when the app decides to work! Given the price and the hype, I’m am considering returning them. I spent $29 on a pair of non ANC buds, and they honestly sound very similar!!! I am yet to test the battery life, charging case etc. And see if the App is fixed by Sennheiser as plenty of complaints online.

sound quality, anc, transparency, mic, all is well above decent, also recently i accidentally put them in a commercial washing machine on high temperature with soap and such, wasnt able to stop the machine for 35 minutes, they been tumbling, turning on and off, although the left earbud led is gone, they are still working like first day, no decrease in sound quality, f- legends haha

My review is not aimed at JB HI FI in anyway or form, their after sales support has been phenomenal throughout the entire process, this rating is purely aimed at my experience with the product itself. Having used a pair of Sennheiser HD 555's since 2006, I have long been an advocate for the brand. Lasting 18 years, with fantastic sound quality, my partner decided to purchase a set of these for me for my birthday. Since that time, I have received 2 replacements from JB HI FI - And every single pair has had issues. Both connectivity and simply failing in one ear piece. Again JB's support has been phenomenal throughout the process of dealing with these faulty units, but it is safe to say that with the infrequent, and low amount of use that I actually use them for, I will never buy these again and am now going to look at alternative brands. If you read through online you will see many customers have mentioned issues with Bluetooth, and other product failures such as distortion, etc.
