Attachment has three sizes — coarse, medium, and fine — for mincing. I bought a 5 kg piece of meat from Costco and minced it using this attachment. It worked well. Great product, would recommend. All pieces detach easily for cleaning, and none of the areas are hard to reach once disassembled.
