Prepare each bottle separately. It is safer to use immediately after preparation. If a bottle of made up formula is to be stored prior to use, it must be refridgerated and used within 24 hours. Step One Wash hands before preparing the feed. Sterilise all utensils by boiling in water or using an approved steriliser. Step Two Boil drinking water and allow to cool until lukewarm. Measure the required amount of lukewarm water into a sterilised feeding bottle. Step Three Use only the enclosed scoop. Fill the scoop lightly and level off using the built-in leveller. Avoid compacting powder. Step Four Add one level scoop of powder for each 35 mL of water. Cap the bottle and shake briskly to dissolve the powder. Step Five Test temperature on wrist and feed immediately. Discard unfinished feeds. Prepare each bottle separately. It is safer to use immediately after preparation. Love love love this formula highly recommended!

By far the best formula I’ve used, for context I have 5 children only one of them could be exclusively breastfed, the first two had chronic constipation (hospital trips, paediatric appointments you name it) which we had to change formula a few times until we found the right one, even then their bowel motions were quiet firm. My last two being twins were in special care which they started on biostime needless to say we have never had to change, their bowel motions are exactly like a breastfed baby and still continue to be the same 5.5 months on. The only problem so far that I have encounted is the water needs to be abit warmer than room temp otherwise it will clump but this isn’t a huge issue as when you go to burp I just shake the bottle and clumps are gone. I can’t recommend this formula enough honestly I wish this was around when I had my other children.
