Good taste (compared to the protein water!)

The taste of this is good - and not too sweet. I find other brands pack the sweetness in. This, if you want to make it sweeter, add whatever you like. But for me... it is on the cocoa side, which I love. But does have some sweetness. I think it does help to calm.

Super Sleep

Super taste, hot or cold and keeps me asleep through the night without the nightly leg cramps.

Delicious

It mixes nicely into milk and has good flavour tastes like chocolate.
