I am very pleased with my Triblade XL Hand Blender. Firstly, as I love to home cook and my hands are aging, I find it easy to put together with a simple click and it is easy to grip and surprisingly, super light. The speed functions are great and easy to change between. I can blend to a super smooth silky soup then toss in another ingredient or two and gently pulse them to their desired consistency creating delicious meals. The potato stick makes mash a breeze and the whisk makes beautifully whipped cream or whisked eggs for a quiche, a cob mix, all without hand pain. It is a durable product with many applications.
