1. Wear against the skin or over clothing.
2. Place arm into net sling and thumb into thumb support.
3. Place strap over shoulder and behind neck, adjust neck padding behind neck.4. Insert strap end into buckle and attach fastener. Ensure elbow is bent at 90 degrees for optimal support.
5. If strap is too long, remove fastener completely, measure and cut or fold to required size, then reattach fastener to the end.

Sensitivity to Neoprene or Neoprene blends may result in a rash or irritation. If this occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical advisor. Due to continual improvement, the colour and appearance may vary.

Best shoulder sling on the market

Great shoulder sling used after re-dislocating my shoulder. This was the best one I tried after using three different slings. It’s lightweight, it breathes, goes with any outfit and a great fit.
