Directions 1. Measure circumference of wrist, refer to size chart. 2. Wear against the skin. 3. Loosen straps, gently pull over hand (insert thumb through thumb recess and secure small strap around thumb). 4. Secure touch fastener straps and adjust elastic strap to fit comfortable around wrist. 5. Must be firm, comfortable and not pinch (do not over tighten). 6. To remove stabiliser bar, gently slide the bar out from the channel.
