Common Uses Relief from Aches and Sprains Provides Heat and Support Designed for most elbow sizes: 250mm - 360mm (around elbow)

Directions 1. Wear against the skin or over clothing. 2. Secure straps loosely. 3. Gently pull up over elbow, fitting elbow into shaped elbow area. 4. Re-secure support by adjusting both straps as required. 5. Must be firm, comfortable and not pinch (do not over tighten).

General Information This Adjustable Thermal Elbow Support has been designed to provide support and warmth to the elbow which helps promote circulation and the healing of injuries and sprains. Bought for hubby as got half a plastic elbow and it gets very cold this is working great he is happy
