The wok performs as advertised, it heats very quickly, and is a good balance in thickness, so that it's not flimsy and "tinny", but also not thick and heavy. As a result, it heats quite quickly and retains heat very well. For the finish, the exterior naturally adopts a more slightly-bronze hue after a few uses, but the inside retains the same stainless finish, although the initial shiny finish will dull a little after lots of scouring to a more matt finish, but it still looks very clean and new. The oil I'm using DOES stain around the sides but not really on the bottom. I am using a 3M scourer to remove those burn marks and it works ok especially after a soak. I'm going to use an oil with a higher smoking point that I've heard will reduce the staining. The handle/s remain pretty cool even after leaving on the heat for some time. Got this on sale at a great price so very happy with the purchase.

I bought the wok and used for only once and it’s turned out out yellow brown under medium heat. Can’t clean the stains. I returned the item and after assessment they’re say it’s not under warranty. Waste of money, bad wok ever

Excellent product so far. Initial heating was done perfect and I was able to activate non sticking in the proper way. Handbells remained cool to touch. Cleaning was easy. I am very happy with this purchase.
