How can I purchase from GimmeNow?
Purchases can be made through our online store. Browse and select products, specify preferences during checkout, and choose your delivery method.
Orders and Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We are currently accepting major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. We are also offering Paypal payments.
Do you provide Buy Now Pay Later options?
Using Paypal, you can leverage their Pay in 4 facilities to āBuy Now Pay Laterā. More options coming soon.
What happens if an item I purchased is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, a process for a refund is automatically triggered. Refunds back to a credit card or debit credit card may not appear immediately, timing depends on your financial institution.
Can I cancel an order?
If an order is in progress, we are unable to cancel the order without penalty. Depending on what stage the order is at, there may be cost implications, such as delivery fees.
Can I return an item I purchased?
It depends. We will comply with the ACL as required by law and assist you through the matter until there is a reasonable resolution. Check out our Ts & Cs for more information regarding our returns policy.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is generally defined by our supplierās return policy. We will assist with all return enquiries and coordination to any supplier. For further information, read our Return Policy page.
How do I return an item?
Contact us via chat, email or through our support portal. We will assist you in determining whether the item is eligible for return and any potential fees involved.
Do you accept Change of Mind returns?
Our supplierās policies apply. If a Change of Mind return is not possible, we wonāt be able to either. Change of Mind return shipping or delivery costs will be payable.
What will I be refunded?
When an order is cancelled, a refund will be processed and returned to the original form of payment within 1-2 business days. For change of mind related refunds, the payment transaction fee and delivery fees will be payable and will not be refunded.

The actual delivery fee will be calculated based on the dimensions of the items ordered at checkout.
How long should I expect my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery timeframe depends on the destination and the shipping method selected.
How do I track my delivery?
There is a link to view your order within the confirmation email. Alternatively, log in to your account and you can view the status of any order.
Can I request for my delivery order to be left unattended?
In most cases this may be possible depending on the policies of our shipping partners. Unfortunately, if a safe location is not available, the parcel may end up requiring a re-delivery or pick up from a nearby collection centre.
What happens if I did not receive my order?
Contact support via chat, email or support portal. We will assist in investigating where your order may be and why it may not have been received, followed by a determination of the next steps.

We deliver almost anywhere globally. You can view the countries available at Checkout within the drop down titled "Country/Region".

How do I sign up?
You can register very simply by selecting My Account within the sliding menu on mobile, or by clicking on the person icon on the top right hand corner on desktop. Enter your email address and you will receive a one-time six-digit verification code that's sent to your email. Enter the code to log in.
How do I change my phone number?
You are unable to change your phone number that is used for logging in. If you have mistakenly created multiple accounts under different phone numbers, feel free to contact us and we can endeavour to assist in merging the accounts, if possible.

How do I change my password?
We no longer use passwords, accounts are accessed by entering an email address and a one-time six-digit verification code that's sent to your email address, orĀ sign in with Shop.
