Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. GimmeNow is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
GimmeNow will generally align to the returns policy of the third party supplier applicable. Any returns queries should be raised within 7 days of receipt. Depending on the reason of the return, shipping costs may be deducted from the refunded amount. GimmeNow is not obliged to accept change of mind returns but may do so in it’s absolute discretion and upon terms it sees fit. Defective or damaged goods are dealt with in accordance with minimum requirements of the ACL.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@gimmenow.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
