ThisVacuumSucks
Fantastic Vacuuming and Mopping!

Pros: - Makes cleaning significantly easier. We just moved to a house with exclusively tiled flooring, it removed 85% of the difficult marks from the previous residents on the first pass with the steam function on - It works as an awesome vacuum - Easy to dismantle and clean - Comes with really effective solutions in the box, samples are big enough for 4 - 5 large space cleans Cons; - Very bulky - Can be noisy - Can be tiring to use for a long period of time due to the weight - Cord could be a little bit longer For my household, this machine is very worthwhile, I'm very happy to recommend this to those with hard flooring :)

Don’t waste your time or money!

This product doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The first one we brought was faulty as the steamer was not working and it left horrible streaks and dirty water all over our beautiful big white tiles. The second one we had (exchanged for the first) has the steam function working but the marks were still being left on the floor and we noticed that neither of the hydrosteams actually cleaned the floor correctly. Even the basic of marks wouldn’t come off. In the end, we ended up swapping this product out for a shark product that was very similar and it is by far the best product that we have brought. It’s much easier to use, not as heavy, cleaned 1000 times better and a lot cheaper in price. Honestly, I wish I had of followed my gut and bought the shark straight up after seeing the terrible reviews I had seem on this Bissell hydrosteam!

BISSELL not impressed

I took mine back for a refund! It’s very heavy and hard to manoeuvre, the head is too big to clean properly. Was disappointed I still had to vacuum after using this item, I only used it on tiled floor. Overall, I found the performance very average for a sort-after brand.
