Toaster-Kitchen aid

Love this toaster, easy to use and has different settings to suit bagels, bread and whether or not you want it very cooked or lightly. The toaster looks sleek and stylish and is easy to clean.

Uneven toast on every setting

We returned this toaster as on any setting the result was burnt on one side and under-done on the other. It looked nice and matched the jug of the same brand but the toast was most unsatisfactory.

Disappointing performance.

I expected better from what I believed a market leading brand. It fails to toast both sides of the bread to a similar level. The sides of the bread facing the centre always come out significantly better toasted than the side facing out. At first I thought it must have been a fault with the toaster I had, so I swapped it. Regrettably made no difference. It appears this is an unwelcome feature of these toasters.
