The garment steamer was unable to provide sufficient strength to smooth out the wrinkles and it was very irritating and inconvenient for having to constantly having to top up the water.

Works well, though water tank is a bit small and runs out quickly. The storage bag doubles as a protective glove to wear while using the steamer. The instruction manual describes additional parts (e.g. a protective sheet to put behind your garment, larger water tank) that don't come with the item.
