Wrong lids supplied

The wrong lids were supplied. I bought four boxes and got two correct lids, and two incorrect (too long) lids. There is no way to try and get this exchanged, as you can't just swap the lids - you need to take the whole thing back. The whole point of ordering online was that the boxes are too big to carry on the bus, and now I'm stuck with two boxes with lids that don't fit.
