The powder did not leave lumps or residue which is always a good sign for milk powder, though one would recommend to be mindful of the temperature of the water used, as one time they did clump when the water used was probably a bit too cold (in these winter months!). The steep price is a major barrier for continuation of purchases, as there are competitor brands who would also stake claims for the health benefits their drinks provide.
