Misleading Packaging

The other side of the Accu-Chek Guide Me box shows a container of Blood Glucose strips in the picture. When I discovered there was NO BG Strips inside the box, I thought someone may have removed them. Reported missing item to Chemist Warehouse who advised that this item did not come with container of BG Strips. Had I known this I would have also ordered BG Strips. Person I spoke to on the phone advised that they had received complaints about this which I think is misleading advertising by Accu Chek. Chemist Warehouse contacted me very promptly and professionally when I reached out to them. Plus side, my son had to pick up the BG Strips which I got FREE from local chemist and saved myself $47.99 plus $9.99 for delivery. Veros was a much better BG Moniter, voted most popular in the world, however manufacture has ceased.
