Adult Gummies Prebiotic + Probiotic

I’ve been taking the Swisse Probiotic plus Prebiotic Gummies daily for the past two weeks and really enjoyed the experience. They taste great with a refreshing orange flavour, and I love that they don’t have any added sugar or artificial sweeteners. The gummies are easy to take and fit seamlessly into my daily routine—no need to refrigerate, which makes them super convenient. I also appreciate that they’re vegan and vegetarian friendly. I trialed these gummies for two weeks and although they taste nice and have a good texture that dissolves easily in your mouth, I found they upset my stomach. I wouldn't recommend them unless you need to help your gut to function better. The no added sugar is a bonus as I have to reduce my sugar intake, but they did not help me in a daily kind of way. I will look out for them in the future if I need them as they are a good shelf stable probiotic supplement product.

The probiotic gummies had a great flavour and weren't too medicine-tasting, and I could tell the difference starting in my stomach.

Very convenient and also tasty way to restore my guts health. Pleasant orange taste almost felt like a treat, and great for those who find it hard to swallow tablets. Convenient no fridge storage and also are a pro biotic and pre biotic in one. I'll definitely buy these again.

The gummies taste ok, texture is not great and i haven’t noticed any differences as of yet. I will continue to take them and see

As a fan of gummy lollies, I didn’t hesitate to try the Swisse Probiotic plus Prebiotic Gummies. Hearing that each bite contains 3 billion CFU of probiotics and natural prebiotic per daily serve reassures me that it is helping my tummy. The texture is soft, not too chewy; and flavour wise it is like a classic orange. I’d prefer a berry, but this isn’t a real issue. My dentist would rest easy knowing there aren’t any added sugars or artificial sweeteners. I appreciate how it can be stored anywhere so I can keep it in my bag to eat when I get to work, and not worry about keeping it in the fridge all day. These haven’t upset my stomach but I can’t say I’ve noticed an immediate improvement either- I suppose I haven’t with regular probiotic capsules too though. This can be a fun and convenient way of taking my supplements now

Both myself and my daughter took the gummies. We are both very fussy with food and texture but had no problems having the gummies each night. Could not tell any affects from this short period of time but will definitely continue to use them!

Typically I would take a pre/probiotic capsule, so was happy to try a vegan gummie. Initially I struggled with the texture and the taste. Although I am not a fan of orange flavoured things. Even though this pre and probiotic is fridge-less I did put them in the fridge to help harden them for my own liking. By no means is the taste offensive, it’s quite pleasant if you enjoy that particular flavour. Have I noticed a significant improvement or change? No, though I haven’t been using them long enough to give a thorough overview of the results. Swisse is a brand I trust and use regularly so I’ve no doubt the efficacy of this product is just as good as all the other supplements. A firm believer in using pre and probiotics it is paramount for gut health and general health overall. I will continue to use swisse supplements and now skincare!

As someone who has a sweet tooth for lollies especially orange flavoured ones, these were incredibly easy to take daily! The added bonus of no added sugar plus both probiotic and prebiotic is an absolutely amazing feature to have just one product to look after my gut health especially. The gummies also have the added feature of being able to store in a cupboard instead of a fridge. I have enjoyed using this product over the past 2 weeks and most definitely see it as a future daily staple
