Since 1748, Villeroy & Boch has marked the most meaningful moments of the year in porcelain — and the Annual Christmas Edition is the most anticipated of them. Every year, a new strictly limited collection is released in a single theme, produced in finite quantities and retired when the season closes. The 2026 theme is Celestial Gifts: Santa in a hot air balloon above a wintry landscape, lowering presents from the skies — a magical, narrative scene rendered in intricate nostalgic designs with fine gold details and the year 2026 stamped in gold.

GimmeNow

The Annual Christmas Edition Mug 2026 holds 470 ml — a generous capacity for mulled wine, hot chocolate or the Christmas morning coffee — carrying the Celestial Gifts motif across a 145 mm mug: Santa lowering presents from his hot air balloon above the winter landscape, rendered in fine gold-accented nostalgic detail with the year 2026 stamped in gold. Premium Porcelain is crafted to Villeroy & Boch's exacting standards — providing the brilliant white canvas that allows the fine gold details and nostalgic illustrations to be presented at their best. Strictly limited and produced in finite quantities for the 2026 season. At 470 ml it is the most generous mug in the Annual Christmas Edition range — designed for the kind of long, slow festive drink the season calls for.
