This ready-to-drink electrolyte solution with apple and blackcurrant flavour helps relieve dehydration symptoms. It assists in replacing water and electrolytes lost due to vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, strenuous exercise, or occasional overindulgence. Ideal for dehydration caused by heat, travel, or physical exertion. Signs of mild dehydration include a sticky or dry mouth, increased thirst, lethargy, decreased urine output, and dark yellow urine. Suitable for both children and use during pregnancy. Gluten-free with no artificial flavours. Kosher certified.

Recommended dosage for dehydration due to vomiting and diarrhoea: Age in years: Under 12 months Recommended dosage: 100mL every 90mins Max. dosage per day: 1000mL Age in years: Under 1-3 years Recommended dosage: 100mL every 90mins Max. dosage per day: 1400mL Age in years: Under 3-6 years Recommended dosage: 100mL every 60mins Max. dosage per day: 2000mL Age in years: Under 6-12 years Recommended dosage: 100mL every 30mins Max. dosage per day: 2600mL Age in years: Under 12 - Adult Recommended dosage: 200mL every 30mins Max. dosage per day: 4000mL For dehydration due to other causes: Drink Hydralyte when thirsty or exhibiting signs of dehydration. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage. Store below 30C. Do not freeze. Do not sue if cap seal is broken.

Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists for more than: - 6 hours in infants under 6 months. - 12 hours in children under 3 years. - 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years. - 48 hours in children over 6 years & adults. Contains 86mg of potassium per 100mL dose. Contains 106 mg of sodium per 100 mL dose. Quantity of sodium per maximum daily dose is 4.2g.
