INGREDIENTS: • 1/2 cup frozen pink Dragon fruit • 1/2 banana frozen or fresh • 1/2 cup frozen mango • 1 serve of AptaGrow powder (e.g. 6 level scoops of AptaGrow) • 3/4 cup (175mL) of lukewarm water INSTRUCTIONS: Add all ingredients to the blender and mix until smooth. Add more water as necessary to thin to desired consistency Preparation Instructions for AptaGrow 1+ Years 1. Wash hands before preparing drink. Wash and rinse cup, and all utensils thoroughly. 2. Using the scoop enclosed, fill the scoop lightly and level off using the built-in leveller. Add 6 level scoops of powder to 150mL of lukewarm, safe drinking water. 3. Whisk, stir or shake briskly to dissolve the powder. Serve immediately, or for a cold drink, store in the fridge for 1 hour or until chilled. Stir before use. Discard unfinished drinks.
