The product itself is extremely disappointing. Less than a year after I bought it, the glass is already full of water/condensation on the inside, despite the fact that I have never worn it while swimming or showering. What made the experience even worse was the warranty claim. The product supposedly comes with a two-year warranty, so I took it to Myer Perth with the original box, warranty documentation and the email proof of purchase from my online order. The staff refused to process the claim because I did not have a paper receipt — even though the purchase was made online. Very disappointing product quality and an equally disappointing warranty experience. I would not recommend it.
