Audio-Technica LP120XUSB Fully Manual Direct Drive Turntable (Black)

Was a bit hesitant at first, as I'm not familiar with this brand. Saw some very positive reviews on Internet and so we bought this one. Absolute great turntable. Great sound. Never regretted this purchase and it is treating my vinyls well.

Staff advised me on this turntable, and i must say for the price which was discounted it was a no brainer, Fairly easy to set up and connect speakers. Great sounding for the price.

I am in love with this turntable, but it was difficult to set up the counterweight without damaging the needle something I failed to do, I unfortunately had to buy a new needle but I’m not fussed, the antiskate doesn’t work well and drags across my records so I have set it to zero. Other than that I have no complaints, manual will be something you will have to get used too if you are used to a automatic turntable

Great build quality and sound. I like the interaction of the full manual version. If you’re busy may be worth getting one that withdraws the tonearm automatically.

Easy to set up on my soundbar system with the Bluetooth. The turntable looks nice and most importantly plays a nice sound.

SUPERB TURNTABLE, quality sound heavy duty machine

This turntable is a great addition to my 1980s turntable and plays the LPs with great fidelity. Easy to setup and get started. The USB output works great with my laptop to allow editing of LPs in a digital format.

Beautiful Vinyl player, The finish and design of these are amazing, great quality audio and very easy to setup.

Solid sound would recommend use of a preamp over the inbuilt, found that the inbuilt provided hum when touching lid

I've only had it a few days, but everything I've played on it sounds great, even records that I remember sounding a bit scratchy/worn out on my old turntable. Assembly was easy although getting the tracking force and tonearm balance right was a bit of a fiddle. The full manual online helps, though. Delivery was fast too.

Nice clean looking unit with the black matt finish, easy to set up from the box. Be careful you check the packaging as the stylus and other components are well hidden in the packaging and could easily thrown out. Only time consuming part was setting up the arm and stylus but you can easily find how to set up your player through a you tube search on the make and model. I use an amplifier but you can use speakers without an amplifier. So far I can't complain except that the arm does not return auto which would of been a bonus. Personally I would of liked the unit to be a little heavier but that's only because I'm used to the old 70's type players. As for price, its on the entry level for direct driven units. Pitch control and the USB are handy additions with also the 78 rpm play.

Purchased this turntable mainly to digitise my LPs. The USB output makes this very easy. It also sounds great when plugged into my stereo via the phono input. Am enjoying listening to some of my LPs that I haven't heard for years. I can't fault this turntable for the price.

This is a great value turntable for the money. Very well built and sounds great. I returned to vinyl after 30+ years, and although it takes a bit of getting used to in regards to not being automatic I am enjoying the experience more than ever. Highly recommend this turntable.

Fantastic, best sound I have heard for years. It was easy to set up and works like a breeze. Thank you. I had to retire the old faithful Dual 1214 turntable which I bought on the day of Princess Anne's first marriage 47 years ago. May the Techcnica last as long!!!!

Realy like this turntable very much, after owning a silver AT-LP 120x for two years I decided to buy a 2nd one in black as it was on special at jb at a grate price. I play a lot of records, a 2nd one will come in handy. My Only issue I found with my silver 120x was the cueing lost it dampening after a while and the tone arm would drop like a rock on to the record, hopefully my new black 120x won't have this issue. Over all I highley reccomend this turntable. Well worth the money......

I got two of these and I find them really good to run an old radio show like we did before CD's let alone mp3 files. It takes a bit of time to get the arm balanced right and even then it will still skip on the odd record. But overall happy with the product and JB had it delivered within 48 hours of purchase, that really impressed me!

I love this turntable. The sound is clear and true. It Is well worth the money.

I ordered two Audio Technica ATLP120x turntables online because of the sale as an upgrade. They are nice looking, great sound and were delivered quickly and with no fuss. The fact that the power supply is housed in an external unit means minimal noise - great idea! The only issue is that one of the needles skips during play (same tonearm weight and tracking force as the other turntable which has no issues), but I think that's a manufacturer issue. I would definitely recommend these as a starter product - for the price you won't find a better entry level direct drive dj turntable (even though they are marketed as audiofile turntables, not DJ turntables - and I can see why, some elements are a little light).

I bought this turntable about 6 months ago and have lisened to it weekly ever since, playing both new and 40 year old vinyl. I could not be happier. The sound is brilliant, setup is a breeze and the adjustable feet levellers are a godsend. The best thing is watching my mates faces when I fire it up
