Skin with constantly irritation

After being exposed to the sun, my skin felt soft, hydrated, and free of irritation. Excellent product, especially for older adults.

New formula not as good as old!!!

Have been using the old Xeracalm balm on my infant for his eczema and it has worked wonders. Reordered with the new formula and it does not work well at all. The balm takes too long to rub into the skin and doesn’t provide the same moisturizing effect as the previous formula balm. Wish I could purchase the old formula again as it was working wonders!

Excellent moisturizer

Feels like an actively nourishing overnight mask without being sticky. First moisturizer i've used where I can feel and see an improvement in lasting hydration / calmness even long after it's rinsed off in the morning. Good value also, will repurchase for as long as it's made.

It's good, not bad. Average for the smallest amount and time tested.

I received a small one-time-use sample tube. I've used it on the dry parts of my fingers (recovering from a minor chemical reaction, dryness/skin peeling). It's a good moisturizer, melts into the skin; though, after an hour, my skin was flaking again. Not much on my thumb, but my index finger. I wish I was able to test this product out a little longer and on a larger patch, different part my skin.

Whyyy did you change the formula??

I've been using this same product since 2019. It saved me from a long eczema flare that nothing else would help with. It has helped me keep my skin in great shape ever since. Once I ordered the lotion instead of the balm and I immediately returned it because it just laid on top of my skin, rather than soaking in. This is what this new formula does. I'm so so disappointed. I'm going to ration the one remaining bottle I have of the old formula. I guess my search for the goldilocks formula begins again. Sigh.

Which formulation change now product inferior

This used to be my favorite product, but they reform me limited somehow and now it's kind of sticky and doesn't absorb as well

Loyal Customer Gone

The new formula in this product does NOT work! I’ve bought this for years and loved it but not any more! I have to find a new lotion that does not break me out. It just sits on the top of my skin feeling greasy! Another loyal customer GONE. If I could give this zero stars, I would.

New formula is terrible

I have been using this lotion for a year or so. I love it so much I recommend it to everyone. I am devastated that the new formula is difficult to rub in! I will search for a new favorite.

This was a little too chemical flavored when I applied it on my face. I used a little dot of this cream and the texture is very thick. I believe it has good coverage tho. I don’t like it very much.
