CARE & USE
Griddle Pan + Bakers
Hand wash only to preserve the nonstick coating; don’t use abrasive sponges and avoid putting a hot pan in cold water
To deglaze the interior, just boil some water with a bit of baking soda, then wipe it down with a gentle sponge
Everything is oven-safe up to 230°C
When using the Griddle Pan on the stovetop, use low to medium heat and a couple tablespoons of high smoke point fat to preserve the nonstick
Your cookware and bakeware will naturally patina on the bottom
Wipe any spills from the outside before they have a chance to burn
Use silicone or wood utensils to protect the nonstick coating
The Griddle Pan is NOT induction compatible

Do not use sharp or metal utensils as they can damage the silicone material
A thorough scrub with a little baking soda will eliminate build up. Over time, it will patina, but that’s perfectly normal
