CARE INSTRUCTIONS Wash before first use. Hand wash only. Not suitable for dishwasher. To condition old or dry bamboo: 1. Apply food-safe mineral oil with a soft cloth. 2. Leave the oil to soak into the bamboo for one hour. 3. Wipe away excess oil with a clean, dry cloth. CAUTION Keep away from direct heat and flame.
