Ensure skin or clothing is clean and dry before use. Peel off the plastic film and place the cover firmly over nipple. Remove gently after use and wash cover with mild detergent and allow to air dry. Once dry, re-stick the plastic film onto each cover to prolong use.

5% TPU film, 95% Silicone gel, Silicone glue.
