1. Fold back lid to dotted line and remove fork and seasoning sachets. 2. Add contents of curry paste and coconut sachets and 400mL of boiling water. 3. Close lid and allow to stand for 2 minutes then stir well to combine. 4. Add contents of potato sachet and stir to combine. 5. Close lid and allow to stand for a further 2-3 minutes then stir to combine (sauce will continue to thicken). 6. Sprinkle with peanuts and fried shallots and enjoy. Caution: Contents will be hot. Fill line is an appropriate indication. For best results, follow the on pack instructions and add 400 mls of boiling water.
