Surge Protection with a peace of mind

When it comes to expensive electronics, it’s not worth cutting corners with a generic brand. Belkin is a well‑established and reputable company, and I’ve never heard of them misrepresenting their products. Personally, I’ve had no issues with device failures while using Belkin surge protectors. I definitely recommend this product—or any surge protector from Belkin.

Shock Stopper

The Belkin Surge Protection Powerboard is fantastic. I have had instances where a thunderstorm has caused a power failure and my electrical devices have been protected by this device. Yes, you pay a little more for this "shock stopper" but you do not have to replace your expensive electrical devices just the powerboard.

Not fit for computers.

Well laid out, but the power delivery is extremely noisy. I used this to power a computer, wireless devices stopped functioning when plugged into a powered USB hub, connected to this power board. Wireless USB gear resumed normal working when plugged into the computer itself, which has much better power filtering than the hub does. Wireless USB items plugged back into the hub, but with the hub working off mains power was also fine. Absolutely would not buy for a computer.

Good spacing on the ports, extra USB spots are essential so a big part of why I chose this one, nice solid feel and easy to mount to desk etc.

Solid contruction, but design still not perfect

Considering the large size of the product, I was hoping they would have given sufficient space between the outlets for larger plugs. But this still is a problem. Considering the price of the product compared to other similar items, it was a little disappointing.
