Belkin BoostUp Charge 15W 20K USB-C Power Bank (Light Blue)

Purchased this to take overseas and carry in my backpack. But i only used it once because it was quiet heavy for what it is and didn't hold charge that long. Placed it away in the cabinet under my TV with the rest of the electronics. But then found it like this. Seems the battery has expanded and has popped the outer shell open. Too worried to use or give to someone as I don't think it is safe anymore.

Your website is extremely misleading. I recently purchased this product(x3) under the impression that it was CCC-certified for my trip to China, only to discover at the airport, no less that it was not. The power bank had no CCC markings whatsoever and all 3 were confiscated immediately. Naturally, this completely disrupted my trip. I was left without a reliable way to charge my phone, which meant repeatedly losing access to maps, translation apps, payment methods, and basic communication throughout the day. Being stranded in a foreign country with a dead phone was an experience I could have done without. It’s honestly impressive that an $80 product marketed in a way that strongly suggests compliance could create this much inconvenience. I’ve not only wasted money, but also spent the trip unnecessarily stressed and embarrassed because the product failed to meet the expectations your website set.

Bought 2x20k power banks in pink. Bought April 2025. And 1 mth ago they stopped charging. Bought many Berlin products over the years and been very happy with them. Tried to fill in for replacements but don’t have packaging anymore.

Needs some weird combination of usb-c to usb-c cables to charge a Google Pixel 9 Pro. Would not charge my phone with the usb-c cable I grabbed on the way out the door. Do not buy this at the airport and expect it to work on your flight.

It starts sucking out the battery of my phone instead of charging it despite i kept pressing the button to reverse. It stopped working. Expensive power bank that doesn't last long.

Won't charge from fast chargers. You need to use a very low power USB charger. MacBook, laptop, fast phone chargers... Even just a regular USB C port on my laptop is too much. It will only charge from a really old USB A charger with a USB A to C adaptor cable. Pretty useless.

As a 16 year old girl when my phone dies while i'm out late it is nerve racking, the amount of times this power bank has saved me while I was out is crazy. I bought this because my phone always dies while i'm out, and my parent's always have a heart attack when it's dead and they can't contact me when i'm out. i bring this with me everywhere now and I am always prepared for when my phone starts dying and it never dies anymore.

This thing will only charge using the tiny supplied cable, and not any other usb c cable

It does charge my phone pretty quickly, but. It takes ages to recharge the pack itself. Last time I re-charged it, it took a few hours.

can't comment on the product itself (it was for someone else) but the dispatch and delivery times were amazingly fast!

Great charger, charged my phone fully about 3-4 times before it needed to be charged again. Takes a little to charge it but doesn’t take long to charge your devices once fully charged

It works really well & has a lot of charge, I have only charged it once the moment I got it and use it all the time so i definitely say it’s perfect for long travels! Problem is that it’s bulky and I can’t use it when I have my purse/ small bag. Definitely worth the cost though!

Fast charging, holds upto 3-4 full chargers, charging 2-3 times a day, with no accsess to electricity this is truly a lifesaver & my best, most convenient, sensible purchase of the last couple of years.

I needed a replacement for my old powerbank. I did like the rose gold colour but had no idea how heavy it was. I wish there was a sample that customers can touch and inspect because this turned out too heavy for my bag. The idea is to take the powerbank with me wherever i go. But because of its weight that i wasn't aware of, and the store assistant wasn't aware of, too, i did buy out of necessity but because it's heavy, this product just stays home. I ended buying another powerbank from another store with product samples and i was able to inspect it. That particular powerbank stays in my bag and it goes wherever i go.

Sleek looking and lasts for a few full charges. But no auto shut off once the phone is done charging (MI has that feauture) - so you don't destroy your phone battery. No blinking lights when bank is charging to know status or if it's done.

This is great as a back up piece of equipment for your iPad /iPhone it easy to carry and it easy to charge so your phone you can never be without.

Heavy and not connecting the automatic stream………..

Bought this for travelling overseas as we would be relying on our phones to get around and would be needing to top up our batteries as required. Even though it is a bit heavy we got several full charges before the battery bank having to be recharged it self, No issues with fast charging our smart devices.
