Adults: Dissolve 1 lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2 to 3 hours (up to 8 per day). Children over 12 years: Dissolve 1 lozenge slowly in the mouth up to 5 times daily.Keep out of reach of children. Not to be used in children under two years of age. Use in children under 12 years is not recommended. Do not use if pregnant or likely to become pregnant. Do not use while breastfeeding. If coughing persists consult your doctor.Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Contains 6g Maltitol and 1.6g Sorbitol at the maximum recommended daily dose. Products containing Maltitol and Sorbitol may have the laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.Sealed for freshness and your protection. Do not use if foil seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C.

Active Ingredients: Each Lozenge Contains: Echinacea purpurea herb juice fresh 63mg equiv to fresh herb 126mg, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 50mg, Thyme Oil 5.8mg, Peppermint Oil 5mg, Menthol 3mg, Fennel Oil 3mg, Fennel Oil 3mg, Zinc (as zinc gluconate) 2.6mg, Nigella sativa seed oil fixed 2mg, Eucalyptus Oil 2mg, Primula veris root and rhizome extract liquid 1mg equiv to root & rhizome dry 1mg

Freight costs

I found it super annoying that these were not available in NZ. The freight from Oz cost as much as the lozenges, despite the fact that many of other Bioglan products were on store. And please Chemist Warehouse, make it easier to find products in store. Always a hopelessly confusing layout. Most staff dont know where specific goods are either.
